A multiplayer mobile FPS we built in Unity, combining progression, commerce, analytics, and backend-supported live systems.
Context
We treated Silent War as a complete product rather than an isolated gameplay build. Account state, rooms, progression, store behavior, analytics, advertising, content, networking, and mobile performance all shape the player experience.
Challenge
We needed to connect a Unity FPS foundation with live-service and platform systems while keeping the game practical for mobile hardware and independent operation.
Approach
We organized the work around complete player flows: entering the product, joining a match, earning and spending currency, receiving rewards, and returning over time. We evaluated decisions against player experience, operational control, and release risk.
Highlights
- Multiplayer room and match flow
- Mobile UI and performance
- Reward, pass, and currency systems
- Store and ads
- Analytics and crash visibility
- Backend-supported behavior
- Launch website and marketing support
Outcome
We built an integrated pre-release product foundation where gameplay, multiplayer, progression, monetization, and operations can be tested and improved as one system.
